Integrated Asset Modelling: Coupling the reservoir, wells, surface gathering and economical models for mid/long term production forecasting and field development planning, calculating NPV and IRR for various scenarios. Review and tune of the component models as overall accuracy and functionality of the IAM heavily influenced by how each component model behaves and matches current well and field performance.
Engineering Support to Digital Oil Field Project: to provide support in building a well and surface network model which will be used in a Digital Oil Field project for oil/gas fields with 100+ wells. The scope of the study could be included defining the network modelling strategy and building a template GAP/PIPSEIM model design for a selected area which could then be used in an automated model building workflow for the full field model.
Artificial Lift (Gas Lift) Study: undertake gas lift to support well workovers/re-completions and facilities upgrade studies, specific analyses, i.e. assessment of the preferred gas lift injection pressure, determination of the optimum gas lift rates over the expected life of field conditions, developing high level conceptual gas lift completion designs including retrofit options and recompletion options with optimum tubing size, the expected number of unloading valves, etc and generating a forecast of expected gas lift requirements for the life of field. Reviewing the installed facilities’ processing capacity and comparison with the current and future expected well capacity with gas lift and recommendations should be made regarding future facility upgrades to handle the additional potential due to gas lift introduction will be part of the study.
Artificial Lift (Electrical Submersible Pump) Study: Review of existing ESP wells or design new completion and then investigation into production potential and ESP performance of existing wells, highlighting possibility of any mechanical issues, highlighting inflow performance/PI deterioration if observed, recommendation regarding ESP requirements in future, a high level Artificial Lift screening for future wells and ensuring the proposed completion is appropriately sized for the expected range of rates.
Production Allocation: Build well models and tune them to best fit match the measured historical pressure/temperature, rates and production tests in a uniform and standard manor. Use these models to predict rates (Virtual meters) automatically and alarm the engineers to take an immediate actions if the model and measured values are not within a given tolerance.
